1. CloudGiving is a trading name of GSi Events Limited, Company Number: SC345996.
2. The CloudGiving service is provided solely for the purpose of facilitating gift payments from individuals to identified charity partners.
3. All payments are processed by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd (Stripe) and CloudGiving does not at any time have access to the transactional payment data held by Stripe for the purposes of processing the payment.
4. Any personal information recorded for processing purposes is subject to our Privacy Policy.
5. Any complaints in relation to the CloudGiving service must be submitted to complaints@cloudgiving.com
6. GSi Events limited reserves the right to introduce changes to the CloudGiving Terms and Conditions, with the most up-to-date version available at all times from the CloudGiving website or upon request to info@cloudgiving.com.
